In 2003, while commuting 2 hours each way each day to work, I listed to the then fabulous WBAI radio in NYC, a part of the Pacifica Radio Network (which was founded by a conscientious objector to WWII as a member only station).

The station had programming not heard anywhere else. One of the programs was about the US meat supply and its CAFOs (Controlled Animal Food Operations.) The animals - mostly female sentient beings - were being jailed, maimed, genetically altered, drugged, tortured, and finally slaughtered to fill US bellies. Because of the horrific conditions of the animals and the slaughtering processes, most of the meat served on US plates contained feces. About 99%. And more importantly, the meat industies - big beef, pork, et al - are subsidized heavily by US taxpayers. How else could a Double Beef Whopper retail for about $5?

I decided then and there that I would not be a part of this horrific process and immediately put my family on a NO beef, NO pork, NO lamb diet. The change in my family's health was immediate and beneficial. Health improved tenfold. No more flu, No more colds, No more stomach issues. Not being a part of a system that tortures animals TO DEATH has been rewarding in more ways than one.

Over the course of the next decade, we eliminated everything but chicken. Then eliminated chicken. Then on 01/01/2015, my daughter and I eliminated all dairy. So we became vegan. Other family members followed suit a few months later. Our health has been amazing. I am not saying a vegan diet is for everyone Just relating my personal experience. Recently I went thru an HTMA (hair toxicity metal analysis) and found that I needed to add some animal fat (was not getting the proper nutrients.) So I added cod liver oil. That's it. Also I DO eat honey. We eat very well. In fact, it is too much food. We grow butternut squash and make the most delicious soup. We love lentils, potatoes, all veggies, cookies, cakes, etc. I have been vegan for almost 8 years (vegetarian for half a dozen before that) and it is working for me....and my family......

As an aside WBAI had been targeted for take down by The Regime for years (this is the same radio station that aired George Carlin's 7 words you cannot say on TV). And sadly, it had been co opted and taken over by the Billionaires as just more garbage radio programming in the USA. No more Guns and Butter. No more Gary Null. No more amazing, educational programming. The opposite of progress.

A year ago my intuitive approach popped up breatharianism which I had come across years before learning consciousness and bioenergetic healing and psychology. I thought it might be possible but went no further back then. In the time in between I had learned that we are capable of so much more than our understandings predict.

I thought “I’ll research 🧐 it soon”. But the very next morning my intuitive process popped up something completely different. I usually start the day drinking 3 to 5.5 16 ounce glasses of water. That morning it was 4 oz. Likewise, my meal info came back with zip. So…I followed it. Next day was same. That first week was what I would normally call a fast but this was different. I got thinner but I went to work like normal. I work in crawl spaces and attics. Well, by the week’s end I was moving like Spider-Man whereas before I was tight, weak and sore. I had more strength and energy than before. It wasn’t like any fast I ever did and I’ve fasted for three weeks before.

It’s been a journey, ups and downs…and I consider myself a spiritarian now, which is more accurate and a breatharian upgrade. Lol.
