A Day At the Beach
I love the hotel
The weather in Phuket has finally turned dry season gorgeous. So I decided to treat us to our favorite beach hotel for the night for the first time in six months. My girl got a lot of swimming and sunning in:
An airplane is landing at the airport in the background
This sand castle is really cool and very Thai
We had a good time
If anyone is looking for a place to stay around this area I highly recommend Ruangmai on Naiyang Beach. The area has tons of food stalls and shopping and a bit of nightlife. It was the only area that didn't look like a ghost town during the height of Covid lock downs that I saw. In late 2020 I wanted to get away for the night to a beach hotel. It was the only one that I saw nearby that was open. We've stayed there several times as the only guests in the entire place. They still ask about Clover the chicken even though she grew up…and gave us the same 700 baht (about $20) price for a beautiful room right on the beach. Highly recommended!
Simply lovely! Grateful for you. God bless.
No more ideal life than to life where you can open your door and walk straight from there over the sand to a warm beach caressed by warm azure water. Enjoy.
